Fons de Visscher was a respected fishmonger for 27 years in Helmond, a small city in the Netherlands, when he decided to start a fish restaurant. Driven by his passion for fish and great wines, Fons created The Seafood Bar. The first restaurant opened its doors in 2012 and we've been living our dream ever since.

After 4 successful locations in Amsterdam and Utrecht, the Netherlands, we have opened our first overseas restaurant; The Seafood Bar in Soho, London. A dream come true and we are very excited to welcome London to our family!
