Sustainability 

Sustainable seafood is our top priority. Eating seafood is great, but only as long as the fish stocks stay healthy and our beautiful planet remains intact.

We make sure that all our seafood is sourced sustainably.

This is achieved by partnering with sustainable, local, suppliers. One of our latest initiatives is our partnership with Nordic Blu, who provides the world’s most sustainably farmed salmon. The authority Seafood Watch has awarded Nordic Blu it’s highest rating.

Location

On August 7th 2021 we opened our doors within a 1730 Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on Dean Street.

This iconic Street in the heart of Soho that once was regularly visited by historical legends such as Mozart, Dickens and Marx now kicked off a new era of decadent seafood platters and late night oyster parties in London!
